Chef Yossi Ben Dayan

With over 27 years of culinary teaching experience, Yossi is the Culinary Director of the Jerusalem Culinary Campus, leads courses at “Dan Gourmet” in Tel Aviv, and lectures globally on modern Israeli cuisine. Former Head Chef at Hadassah Culinary College, he’s passionate about fostering creativity, independent thinking, and solid culinary foundations.
